This large-scale, fully-featured spray booth is engineered for high-volume, professional industrial painting, baking, and finishing applications. Its robust construction and advanced systems ensure a controlled, safe, and efficient environment.
1. Structural Design & Dimensions
Spacious Work Area: Offers a substantial internal workspace measuring 15,000 mm (L) × 5,000 mm (W) × 5,000 mm (H).
Sturdy Construction: Built with a 70mm thick EPS sandwich panel wall and a 50mm thick EPS roof panel (with rock wool or PU options available), finished with 0.426mm white color steel and sealed steel edges.
Accessibility: Features a large 4-leaf main access door (4,000 x 4,600mm) and two standard working doors (800 x 2,000mm) with observation windows and pressure locks.
2. Advanced Airflow & Ventilation System
High-Capacity Air Handling: Equipped with two independent Make-Up Air Units and two Exhaust Air Units for precise environmental control.
Air Supply: Total flow of 40,000 m³/h via external rotor centrifugal fans (2x 7.5KW motors per unit).
Air Exhaust: Total flow of 4,000 m³/h via belt-driven centrifugal fans (2x 11KW motors).
Versatile Ducting: The system includes multiple 1000x1000mm straight ducts, 90°, and 45° elbows, enabling flexible and efficient pipeline layout for optimal airflow management.
3. Comprehensive Filtration & Environmental Control
Multi-Stage Filtration: A four-stage filtration system ensures clean intake air and safe exhaust:
Primary Filter (G3)
Sub-High-Efficiency Filter (F5)
Paint Arrestor Filter (G3)
Activated Carbon Filter for adsorbing VOCs (benzene, xylene).
Powerful Heating System: Two independent systems, each with a Riello RG5S diesel burner (260,000 KW max output) and a stainless-steel heat exchanger. Capable of raising the booth temperature from 0°C to 20°C for spraying and to 60°C for baking within 10-15 minutes. (Natural gas/electric/IR options available).
Optimal Working Environment & Safety
Excellent Illumination: Provides illumination ≥1000 Lux via a combination of 80 top-mounted and 88 waist-level 18W explosion-proof LED lamps.
Integrated Control System: A centralized electronic control panel manages all functions: spraying, heating, baking, drying timers, lighting, and emergency stop. It includes temperature controllers, gauges (ammeter, voltmeter, pressure), and alarm systems for full operational oversight.
Floor & Ventilation Options: Features a grated floor with flat iron and twisted steel grilles (24 pieces) and offers optional side-wall exhaust configuration.

and adaptable features. The interior dimensions are 6900 × 3900 × 2650 mm (L × W × H),(COULD BE CUSTOMIZED)
while the exterior measures 7000 × 5350 × 3400 mm (L × W × H). (COULD BE CUSTOMIZED)The sturdy basement
features galvanized sheet bending hoarding, supported by square tubes and a floor grille, ensuring an overall load-bearing
capacity of 2.4T, adjustable as needed.
The main front door, 3000 × 2600mm (W×H), has three leaves with square tempered glass windows and EPS filling.
An additional working door, sized 800×2000mm (W×H), includes a pressure lock and observation window.
The booth’s EPS wall panels and galvanized sheet roof provide robust insulation, with optional materials available.
The lighting system delivers over 1000Lux with 32 top and 16 waist LED lamps. The air unit efficiently manages
intake and exhaust, aided by a Riello RG5S burner for optimal heating. The comprehensive filtration system ensures
a clean working environment, while the electronic control system offers precise operational control. Total power
