Engineering Excellence: Massive Scale Meets Precision

The client’s operational requirements call for exceptionally large workspaces. CoatTech’s engineering team proposed the high-performance KT-PQ-III-PLUS (Fuel Heating) model, specifically dimensioned at 17m (L) × 5m (W) × 6m (H) internally to easily accommodate heavy-duty commercial trucks.

Designed for efficiency, durability, and safety, the technical configuration highlights our commitment to top-tier industrial standards:

• Robust Structural Integrity: The booth features 70mm high-strength EPS insulation wall panels and an aluminum alloy electric roller shutter door (4000 × 5200 mm) equipped with automatic limiters.

• Advanced Heating System: Powered by a premium Riello G20 oil burner and a 304 stainless steel 2000KW heat exchange furnace, the booth can accelerate from 20℃ to a baking temperature of 60℃ in just 10 to 15 minutes.

• High-Volume Airflow: The intake system utilizes dual external rotor centrifugal fans delivering 80,000 m³/h, paired with an exhaust system moving 40,000 m³/h, managed by precision Belimo electric volume control dampers.

• Multi-Stage Filtration: A comprehensive 4-tier filtration system, including EN 779 G3/F5 rated materials and activated carbon granular filters, ensures the efficient absorption of paint mist, benzene, and xylene, meeting strict environmental safety standards.

• Optimal Illumination: The workspace is illuminated by 160 units of UL-certified 18W T8 LED tubes housed in IP54 explosion-proof boxes, ensuring a brilliant ≥1000 LUX environment for flawless paint application.

Seamless Global Logistics

Handling equipment of this magnitude requires robust logistical planning. To fulfill the client's request for CIF Jeddah terms, CoatTech's overseas shipping division has mapped out a highly efficient freight strategy.

The total volume of the three customized 17-meter booths will require a heavy-lift shipping solution utilizing five 40-foot High Cube (40'HQ) containers. Originating from the Port of Guangzhou, the comprehensive logistics package will cover port-to-port ocean freight, local terminal handling charges (THC), and comprehensive maritime insurance, ensuring a secure 16 to 29-day transit directly to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
